LABEL PUNCHING.

Label punching machines LABEL-CUT are designed for production of paper, cardboard and synthetic labels. The piles of rectangular pre-cutted labels are fed into the machine to be punched by specific punching tool; finished labels are then delivered on the exit tray. There are two models of LABEL-CUT with maximum label size 175×175 mm or 285×285 mm, maximum pile height for one punching cycle is 150 mm, typical speed is 15 cycles per minute, depending on job and operator. Special attachments are available for the LABEL-CUT to process even very thin and elastic materials (paper tissues, ultra-thin foils etc.). For 2021 we are preparing a new model featuring an innovated tool clamping and fine adjustments to reduce the make-ready times and increase the labels quality and accuracy.
